🕒 How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
📬 How long does shipping take?

- 🇪🇺 Europe: Estimated 15 business days

🚚 Do you offer tracking?
Yes! You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
📮 Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
In most cases, yes. If you have a specific shipping concern, please contact us before placing your order.

🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Most of our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted on the product page.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but all mugs come carefully packed and ready to gift!
